Please note these very important items pertaining to race bodywork!
We sell an unfinished unpainted race bodywork, it is your responsibility to sand, finish, and paint the parts you buy from us. The parts we sell are un-drilled around the screen, it is your responsibility to drill the mounting holes and fit the parts onto your chassis. All of our parts may or may not include the internal mounting tabs. Please consult with our sales representative if you have any questions about mounting. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to mount all of the products they purchase onto their machine. If you need assistance mounting these products call our sales reps for advise. We strongly advise bodywork to be fitted by a competent person.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage costs quoted on our website when ordering may be higher outside the UK! We will confirm the postage costs by email to you UNLESS the postage costs are already detailed in our product description.
DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on availability of products. On goods in stock we will ship same day if ordered before 11am or next day on goods ordered after 11am. On all out of stock items we will try to delievery within 7 working days if producst are available at suppliers. All the products are showed in stock on our website only due to the fact that no-one would be able to order if the products would be out of stock. Please contact us to confirm availability when ordering in urgency. Please note that due to security issues we are only able to deliver to Billing address. If you require your products delivered to an alternatively address then payment MUST be made via bank transfer.
RETURN OF GOODS
All verified faulty goods can be either exchanged or refunded at the customers request providing the goods are in their original new condition. We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification for return. We will not refund the original postage or the return postage.
SHORTAGES
Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to process your claim.
REFUNDS
If, within 7 days, you wish to return a product that is not faulty, we will be happy to accept it back, providing that it is undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. You will have to pay the return postage and we will discount your refund by a 10% re-packaging and re-stocking fee. Goods which are special order are subject to a 20% re-packaging and re-stocking fee. We will not refund the original postage or the return postage.
IMPORTANT
We cannot refund money paid or deposits on any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification.
EXCHANGE RATES
Only approximate value is given in Euros. Please check with your card provider or bank the exchange rate on the day of your payment for exact price in Euros, US Dollars, etc. We can not quote you currency exchange rates. DISCLAIMER Due to the ever changing market and our constant efforts to ensure our prices are competitive we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the prices upon this website, if the value of your order is higher or lower than stated we will call you before proceeding with your purchase. We reserve the right not to supply items for sale herein due to incorrect pricing within this website. All products purchased from us must be used within the law. We do not take responsibility for products used without a correct professional fitting!
