Brembo RCS19 Corsa Corta RR Front Brake Master Cylinder

Machined from solid, like the master cylinders used in MotoGP and SBK, the new 19RCS CORSA CORTA RR has been stylistically modified to make it lighter and make it even more similar to the racing versions.
The finish is hard oxidized, in titanium gray, which guarantees the pump body considerable resistance to wear and smoothness of the components and is in a darker color than the previous version, precisely due to the type of treatment, which makes it even more similar to the versions used in Moto2 and Moto3.
The piston and the gaskets are the same used in MotoGP, as are the seats of the bleed and oil system, which, inclined by more than 30°, facilitate the bleeding of the pump.
The lever, modified in shape, retains its characteristic, which made it famous among enthusiasts.
It is in fact possible for the rider to adapt the position of the braking attachment point, "bite point", to the desired riding feeling, through a selector located on the upper part of the master cylinder and therefore easily accessible.
The selector, by means of an eccentric device, allows you to make a choice between the three different feeling maps available.
NORMALE (N) : the position of the attachment point is such as to ensure a more gradual initial phase and is therefore suitable for city driving or braking in poor grip conditions. (softer braking)
SPORT (S) : the position of the attachment point is such as to shorten the initial phase, compared to setting N. This second map allows for a more dynamic response and sportier driving.
RACE (R) : the eccentric device allows the initial phase to be further shortened, bringing it to a minimum value equal to that of the pumps used in MotoGP: in this way the rider is able to quickly reach the starting point of the braking. This third map goes well with a drive with a strong racing appeal, which limits the cents under braking.
The new Brembo 19RCS CORSA CORTA RR also includes the RCS (Ratio Click System) system, which allows you to adjust the center distance of the master cylinder to the value “18”, or “20”, simply by turning the register by 180° with a screwdriver on the front of the guide lever, with the eccentric system (red when it is 2 / 2 positioned at 18 mm, black when it is set at 20 mm), which moves the distance between the fulcrum point and the pivot point by 2 millimeters application on the pump tip: from this derives a different distribution of the braking force, without this being modified in terms of pure power.
The lever assembly can be replaced without the RCS (Ratio Click System) being disassembled from the master cylinder and this allows the calibrations performed during assembly in the Brembo Racing workshop to remain unchanged.
