SIXFIBER is an innovative material for track fairings, developed by 666carbon.
It combines woven fiberglass and epoxy resin vacuum processed in innovative processes, this makes it a SUPERIOR material compared to all traditional materials known to the racing world so far such as lavatex, aviofiber and traditional fiberglass.

Main features:

- LIGHTNESS: About 40% lighter than aviofibre.
About 60% lighter than fiberglass.

We carried out tests with the same product, in this case the tank cover of the brand new BMW 2024 and these are the results:

Fiberglass: 1100 g
Aviofibra: 950 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g

- RESISTANCE: Pass in resistance materials such as traditional fiberglass and many other similar composites.

- FLEXIBILITY: The component adapts optimally to the structure of the motorcycle thanks to its flexibility. This feature also gives it a greater capacity to absorb impacts, reducing the risk of critical damage compared to fiberglass. In the event of cracks, the material tends to fragment less and maintains its structural integrity better, avoiding a complete break, as often happens with fiberglass. This can allow you to continue your activity on the track even after an impact. However, the resistance varies according to the impact dynamics and the specific circumstances.
